How can I get a copy of the current JUS menu?
There are many ways of obtaining a JUS menu either electronically or in hard copy. The easiest and quickest way is to download (and/or print) a copy from here - JUS Menu.pdf. Alternatively, give JUS a call and we will post a brochure and menu to you!
What credit cards do JUS accept?
You can pay by either Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card.
How does JUS provide online transaction security?
Jus uses secure servers and secure socket layer (SSL) data transfer for strong encryption of online banking transaction. When you pay for your order, you enter a secure area which switches on the padlock on your browser. In your address bar you will see an 's' added to 'http' indicating encryption of data. This means credit or debit card details entered cannot be intercepted and read by a third party.
Can I pay by cash or cheque?
This can easily be arranged by phoning the office.
Are your couriers reliable?
JUS couriers are part of the Jus family and are trusted and reliable.
How does the 100% money back guarantee on my 1st order work?
JUS wants all clients to be content with their meals, so you receive an unconditional money back guarantee on your 1st order for up to 3 meals.
Are the meals really healthy options?

No contracts are required. Re-ordering of meals is at your request.
What if I am not home when you deliver?
If you think you may not be home, you will need to advise JUS in advance of where there is a cool place to leave the cooler box.
Can the dinners be heated in a conventional oven?
Conventional Oven Heating Instructions: The meals are cooked and only need heating - do not overheat. Preheat oven at 180°C. Remove lid and heat from frozen for approximately 25 - 30 minutes (or until heated throughout). Either eat from JUS container or serve on a dinner plate. Please be aware that the container will be hot. If arrowroot is present within ingredient list, conventional oven heating is not recommended.
Microwave Oven Heating Instructions: The meals are fully cooked and only require heating, do not overheat. Heat from frozen on high with lid on for approximately 4 - 6 minutes (or until heated throughout). Allow meals to rest for 2 minutes. Microwaves over 1000W will need less heating. Do not lift or punture the lid until heating completed. Either eat from JUS container (please be aware that the container will be hot) or serve on a dinner plate.
Can I cancel an order?
JUS needs at least TWO (2) working days notice prior to the delivery date to cancel an order.
No contracts are required. Re-ordering of meals is at your request.
